Fitness Pilates utilises all of the principals and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates, but offers modifications, diversifications to provide a controlled body conditioning program. It is aimed at adults of all levels, ages and abilities.

A regular Pilates session will give you a strong centre to work from. Strengthening the small supporting muscles, which are often ignored in regular conditioning programs, will allow you to move more freely and help you to stabilise your body in everyday or more demanding physical activities. Pay as you attend – £6 per hour session. 2pm to 3pm, every Wednesday.
