When expanding my complementary practice to fulltime I knew I needed to use The Forest Bee to publicise my business and workshops. Enquiries for workshops I have advertised in The Forest Bee have left me with no doubt to advertise again, and again. The energy behind The Forest Bee is inspiring and I look forward to working together, reaching an ever evolving audience.
I have recently moved to The Forest of Dean and have found your magazine so very helpful. The information on courses and what is available in the area is comprehensive and just amazing. Since being able to do activities from April 2015 I have already joined 3 courses and know this has help me adapt to our new life in The Forest and this very exciting chapter to my life.
I have particularly enjoyed and felt the benefits of Jaqui Fabian’s, Meditation for a Quiet Mind which has just been a wonderful and very beneficial new experience, lead by a very special person and attended by a group of warm and friendly people..
So all this from reading my first copy of The Forest Bee (Summer 2015 edition) which has helped me make new friends and find new activities for my new beginnings and lifestyle. I am certainly looking forward to the next edition in the Autumn of 2015 and what awaits me.
The Forest Bee is one of the few reliable places to advertise, they do what they say on the tin and we have increased our course’s Learner intake by using them.
Long may they prosper.

The Forest Bee reaches the parts other publicity does not. It is a great little gem of information and helps to spread the word about adult education classes in the Forest of Dean area. I will continue to advertise our Adult Education classes in the ‘Bee.

Artspace are a community arts and education charity, we started advertising our adult education courses in the Forest Bee and we have noticed a marked increase in course bookings. Our enrolment target for 2014/15 was 396 – we’ve actually enrolled 448. Importantly, advertising in the Forest Bee has brought new learners to the organisation who might not have otherwise found out about our provision. Small charities and other small providers do not have large marketing bugets and resources, so thank you Forest Bee for helping us to promote learning opportunities to the community.

There simply isn’t anywhere else that provides such a comprehensive and thorough overview of all the skills and training opportunities available throughout the Forest of Dean! Forest Bee has spotted the need and is already getting a great name for itself as the ‘Go To’ place to both advertise workshops and find out what’s coming up locally.
Forest Bee provides a one-stop-shop for all things ‘training’, from health and fitness, to arts and crafts – and of course my own area of business training. It is fabulous!

“I have had enquiries and customers from advertising for the first time in ‘The Forest Bee. Am really chuffed and will keep on advertising my courses. Thanks so much”
What a delightful little brochure, and the website is so easy to navigate. It’s great to have so much information at our fingertips. A truly excellent idea that is useful to everyone living in our area.
Just found this website, really pleased you have decided to do this. I’ve been looking for this sort of information for quite a time, look forward to other editions & news. Thank you, I’m over the moon.
I do hope The Forest Bee continues – I find it very helpful. I have enrolled a few courses looking at it. It’s nice to have a “little book” which contains all the courses around the Forest so please carry on.
The Forest Bee is my ‘Go To’ for local information and I can’t imagine being without it! I’ve learned about so many local courses going on that I would never have discovered otherwise.
I used to travel miles to find courses I was interested in but the Forest Bee brings everything to me, and there’s so much to discover. I can’t wait for the next issue.
