Fitness Pilates utilises all of the principals and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates, but offers modifications, diversifications to provide a controlled body conditioning program. It is aimed at adults of all levels, ages and abilities.
Mondays & Wednesdays, 11am – 12.00noon and 12 noon – 1pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-9pm, ongoing.
