Needlefelt with Furzie. Learn the basics of needle-felting, how to make a wire armature structure and how to sculpt with wool. We use leaves, berries and rusting items, for example old nails, to dye and print onto fabric and paper. Using the exciting technique of shibori to make patterns on fabric, using plant dyes to colour. We can hand embellish our pieces with stitching. We can also use our papers and fabrics in a range of bookmaking techniques. 10.00am-12.30pm (first session 10am-1pm), 7 weeks starting Tuesday 19th September. £60.00 (£25/£18.50 concs) + £2 weekly for materials.
